Recently,Xiaomi SU7 that is both cheap and fine was launched,which set off a boom on the internet.Xiaomi founder Lei Jun has once again attracted widespread attention.

Lei Jun graduated from Wuhan University at the age of 22 and founded Xiaomi in 2010,with a net worth of over 100 billion yuan.However,compared to many business elites,he just comes from an ordinary background and does not have a top university degree.Why can he realize his entrepreneurial?I think there are mainly the following reasons.

Firstly, he persists in the end and never give up.When Lei Jun shared his entrepreneurial experience with many ambitious individuals,he recognized that he also wanted to give up when he encountered with great difficulties,but he found the way back to his heart in the end,then he embarked on the journey of pursuing his dreams again with full confidence.

Secondly,he always has clear goals and never forget the original intention.After the listing of Jinshan Company,Lei Jun has already achieved great success,but he chose to resign.At the age of 40,he decided to start a business empire——Xiaomi. Through continuous hard work,Xiaomi launched successfully in 2018 and became one of the top enterprises in the world.

Last but not least,he always keeps optimistic and grasps the nettle.Looking back on Lei Jun’s 30 years ’entrepreneurial history,there was both bitterness and joy,both success and failure.He went through a number of slumps but all walked out with his head high and his chest straight again.

As far as I am concerned,the most exciting moment in life is not the moment of realizing his dreams,but the process of persisting in dreams.If we have dreams,we should take actions right.Don’t fear difficulties. As long as you keep confident ang brave standing on solid ground,everything is possible!
